My name is Mike Poyzer and I operate the broad based bicycle business known as the Super Cycles Group. I have started this blog to try and keep you abreast of the development of our operation and in particular, this website and several others which we are constructing. For some time now our main business has been known as Rock and Roll Bikes and as well as this website we run a 'proper' bricks and mortar bicycle shop under the same name, at 45 - 47, Carlton Road, Nottingham. NG3 2DN. We own various Rock'n'Roll domains which all point to this website. Our old website ran under the name of www.rocknrollbikes.com but we are now running that down in conjunction with building this new one. Eventually, that domain name will be pointed at this site instead.
In addition to this we run a Cafe known as Bonkers on the front of the building and a BMX/Skate Park at the rear. We own several brands in the cycle industry distributing product all over the world, including Tensile, Araya, Conspiracy, Guess, Unofix and DDG.
I am 66 years old and have spent 50 years in the cycle business starting as an apprentice at Raleigh in 1964. I am not a 'Techie' but can just about handle the development of this site. Please forgive my ramblings, but I will try and bring as much news as I can on our business growth and development.
Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them.
